We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services delivered by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. Psychological testing and neuropsychological testing are available for a variety of disorders, including ADHD, brain injuries, head trauma, and memory problems.

**About the Role**

We are expanding and seek a talented Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary responsibilities include outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities, including but not limited to: doctors’ offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and individual practices within a health system.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team on designing, building, and maintaining a referral presence consistent with the brand.
- Schedule appointments and develop presentations for appointments.
- Communicate the company vision and referral advantages to partners across a designated area.
- Visit potential leads on-site to distribute marketing material and discuss company services.
- Review and edit marketing copy for grammatical correctness and appropriate style.
- Support manager with other projects as needed.

**Competencies**
- Comfortable initiating contact with healthcare providers and front desk representatives.
- Skilled in establishing rapport. Excellent written and _oral communication skills_.
- Creative mindset: ability to _think out of the box._
- Ability to _work independently._
- Strong teamwork, _time management_, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- Cumulative experience in marketing/sales, outreach, and/or building client relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer experience with Office 365/One Drive and Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge of outreach tactics
- Familiarity with CRM databases or _willingness to learn_

**Other Requirements**
- This is a field-based position. Reliable transportation is required. Local travel is expected on a daily basis. The employee will receive mileage reimbursement based on current IRS guidelines.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
