**Job Summary**:
Manages invoicing and collecting payments for recurring software customers consistent with established department goals and protocols.

**Essential Functions**:

- Review and post sales invoices and credit memos daily
- Initiate and maintain collections on all past-due customer accounts
- Reconcile returned EFT customer payments
- Update payment information for recurring customers as needed
- Create and maintain various sales and financial reports for internal use
- Provide timely response to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**:

- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with NetSuite preferred

Pay: $21.00 per hour
