**Project Coordinator**

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and release time for project tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain SharePoint project documents including but not limited to: Task Tracker, Recordings, Customer Provided Files
- Assist in the initial preparation of project documents such as: Project Status Report, Change Requests
- Prepare budget and timeline data for review with Project Manager.
- Create schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, manage recordings, and compile meeting notes.
- Follow up on customer deliverables and approvals to ensure project progression.
- Monitor and follow up on internal project deliverables including: Fit/Gap Analysis, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Setup & Configuration, Application Development and Operations (ADO) Tasks, Planner & SharePoint Tasks
- Administrative task coordination including execution of document deliverables.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
