As a Solutions Architect for Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical aspects of managed services projects, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to analyze client requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for leveraging managed services solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on technology solutions.

**2. Solution Design**:

- Design innovative and scalable solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance solution offerings.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery.

**4. Technology Expertise**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of our managed services portfolio and stay current on advancements in relevant technologies.
- Provide guidance on technology selection and ensure that solutions align with industry best practices.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with solution implementation

**6. Documentation**:

- Create detailed technical documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on managed services.**:

- Strong expertise in cloud computing, networking, security, VOIP, and infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for clients.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
