Position Overview:
As a Residential Sales Representative specializing in Lawn Care and Pest Control services, you will be responsible for engaging with both residential and active customers to deliver exceptional service solutions. Your primary objective will be to cultivate relationships with clients, persuading them to choose our company over competitors by emphasizing superior results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Visit residential properties and active accounts to understand their lawn care and pest control needs, building rapport and trust with potential customers.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to individual client requirements, showcasing the benefits of our services and solutions.

3. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized attention and demonstrating a commitment to exceeding their expectations.

4. Competitive Advantage: Articulate the unique value propositions of our company, highlighting advantages over competitors to persuade clients to choose our services.

5. Promotion of Work-Life Balance: We emphasize the importance of work-life balance and family values in our company culture, aligning with the needs and priorities of potential employees.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market and provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the lawn care or pest control industry (BUT NOT REQUIRED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results.
- Commitment to promoting a positive work-life balance and family-oriented culture.

Pay: $45,343.07 - $54,606.71 per year
