**Duties**:

- Provides direct, on site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures.
- Participates in the development, establishment, and implementation of operational policies related to eligibility, admission, length of stay, behavior standards for guests, cleanliness and state of repair of the facilities.
- Participates in the execution of policies and procedures for the scheduling of available guestrooms, check-ins, checkouts, orientation of guests upon arrival at the Fisher Houses, and collection of service fees.
- Conducts informal guest satisfaction surveys and works with the Fisher House Manager to improve service. Participates in the development, execution, review and analysis of the Fisher Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Two years of work experience, either paid or volunteer, that demonstrates an understanding of at least one of the following areas: facility operations and maintenance; financial management; supervision of housekeeping and other maintenance staff; recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers; guest relations; and marketing.
- A two-year hospitality related associated degree or certification as CLM (Certified Lodging Manager) may be substituted for the two years of work experience.

**Salary Information**:
Salary is pro-rated based on a 40 hour work week.
- Hourly/ salary is:

- NF-03 $23.00ph to $24.00ph ($48,001.00 to $50,088.00 Per Year)
- New FWS appointments will be made at the minimum step rate for the appropriate grade, except as follows:
1) Garrison commanders or equivalent are authorized to make appointments at the second step rate in recognition of special qualifications, skills, and experience of an exceptional or highly specialized nature.
2) Upon reemployment and reinstatement to a NAF position, the entrance salary may be fixed at any rate for the appropriate grade that does not exceed the rate paid during the previous employment. However, if the highest previous rate falls between two rates of the grade, the employee may be paid at the higher rate

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differential**s
- This is a pay-banded position.
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). - Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
