This role will initially be part time, but has the potential to grow into part time as needed. Job schedule can be negotiated.

DUTIES:
This position would report directly to the office manager/owner, while working as a team with the rest of the office staff. Duties would require several years of general office experience and would include, but not limited to:
Filing
Answering phone calls
Ordering materials
Creating/reviewing invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
Basic bookkeeping
Accounts payable/receivable
Creating job files
Assisting the project coordinator/manager with various tasks
Various day-to-day tasks of the team
Maintain accurate records and enter data into accounting systems
Assist with reconciliation of business accounts, using Quickbooks software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have several years of office working experience.
Experience with Quickbooks or similar software is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
