**Duties**:
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes following traditional recipes and innovative techniques.
- Ensure the highest quality of ingredients are used in sushi preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station to uphold food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer inquiries, and deliver outstanding service.
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate new ideas into the sushi menu offerings.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant culinary position.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation methods, and seafood handling.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in sushi presentation.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using culinary tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creativity in developing new sushi recipes and menu items.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
