Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri following traditional Japanese recipes
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sushi preparation area
- Monitor and manage inventory of sushi ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-making techniques
- Ability to use kitchen knives and other culinary tools effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
