**Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintaining and optimizing multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring seamless integration and performance for about 300 users
- Assisting in managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure for a secure and efficient environment
- Managing and maintaining hardware, including laptops and peripheral devices, ensuring they are operational and up-to-date
- Servicing IT support tickets to address technical issues and support the company's day-to-day operations effectively
- Exhibiting strong communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and users effectively
- Demonstrating the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, adapting to changing environments and requirements
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or at least 2 years of real-world experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Purview, Entra, etc.), Windows and MacOS knowledge, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical personnel
- Experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance
**Desired**:
- Network+ or Security+ certifications
- Experience with Azure, PowerShell scripting, Python, and JavaScript
**Work Setting and Environment**:
- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be split between onsite and remote work
- Onsite location is FedWriters HQ in Fairfax, VA
