**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Scheduling**:_
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff members across different departments and shifts
- Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and departments, while considering Project Managers preferences and availability.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff members in a timely manner.
- All Scheduling will be done through a program called LASSO
- **Payroll Administration**:_
- Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records from Lasso.
- Confirm Payroll approval through assigned PM and adjust for any additional expenses.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies from employees.
- **Calendar Management**:_
- Maintain and update company calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate with team members to schedule and organize internal and external meetings.
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed of schedule changes and updates.
- **General Administrative Support**:_
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Help with organizing company events, gatherings, and other activities.
- **Record Keeping**:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to staff schedules, payroll, and other administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Suite) and scheduling software Lasso(Preferred, not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience with payroll processing software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- This is an in person full time position

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
