Established, very busy Pet Grooming and Retail store is seeking a highly motivated sales person, people-oriented, with marketing and computer experience for a part-time Front Desk Sales Associate position to compliment our enthusiastic team.

Must have sales and customer service experience is a plus. Duties include, but are not limited to product sales, answering phones, scheduling appointments, client service relations, use of our software program, cash drawer and handling animals. Basic knowledge of animals and products a plus and must be able to multitask.

All applicants must be dependable, caring, and patient. Must be available to work opening or closing shift(s), weekends (Saturday or Sunday, and sometimes both), week days and holidays, based on the needs of the shop. Excellent sales and customer service skills a must

Must have reliable transportation

Success in this position will be highly based on sales and customer service ability. You will be trained in all the products that we sell, and expected to give excellent service to each customer who comes in to the store.

Must have a clean and neat appearance and outgoing personality.

Pay for this job will start at $11.00 an hour during training, but increases based on sales and ability to manage and maintain the store will be implemented after your first three months on the job, and original goals are met.

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Book Grooming Appointments
- Keep the front neat and clean
- Other duties as requested

Typical end time:

- 1 PM or up to 6PM

Typical start time:

- 8 AM or 1 PM on regular days.
- Sundays start at 11 AM-5PM
