**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

SALES & PIPELINE
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
- Qualify leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, & annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
- Represent the company’s products, using a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of the industry and clients.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, assessments, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with department team members and leadership to ensure quotas are being met and company Band is being upheld.
- Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enterprise client support and escalations
- Provide feedback on product functionality enhancements based on interactions with customers.
- Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements.
- Maintain composure when handling escalated/difficult calls.
- Maintain a high level of attention to details.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport.
- Support through the boarding process.
- Work closely with customer contacts to collect documentation for underwriting.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell existing client accounts whenever possible.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
- Outbound cold-calling experience.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Good judgment.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage several different tasks at once.
- Good questioning, analytical, decision and presentation skills.
- A good sense of humor.
- Able to generate ideas.
- Punctual and focused on teamwork.
- Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
