**Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Agent**:
- **Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to pass exam & obtain license within 60 days of hire**

- Life & Health license is preferred, will eventually need to obtain

**Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Agent**:
- Provide customer service for existing customers with regards to payments, policy questions and providing documents
- Handle leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products & services
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
