**Objective**:
The administrative assistant is responsible for answering the phones, general office and clerical duties, managing calendars/schedules, client relations and troubleshooting customer billing, claims, and underwriting inquiries.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle and document customer service issues;
- Accept client payments and assist with billing issues;
- Entering client data into our database;
- Faxing, filing, mailing, copying, scanning, document shredding;
- Maintaining notation system in database;

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral, written, and telephone skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong computing skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of clients and agency personnel
- Ability to multitask
- Strong data entry experience required

Insurance experience is not required, but is a plus. We look forward to meeting you

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
