We are hiring for the entire Virginia Region "Prince William County, Fairfax County, Arlington County and the city of Alexandria

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Document individual progress and any incidents or changes in behavior
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including nurses, social workers, and therapists

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a similar role, such as assisted living, patient care, or childcare
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Understanding of dementia care principles (if applicable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
