Position: Cure Department Lead
Location: Littleton, MA
Hours: 7AM- 3:30PM Monday - Friday (1st shift, NO WEEKENDS)
We are seeking a dedicated Cure Department Lead to join our team and assist in the processing and preparation of our products.
**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:
*Previous experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry preferred but not required. *Familiarity with shucking and processing techniques a plus. *Ability to operate machinery effectively and safely. *Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. *Excellent communication and teamwork skills. *Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. *Must adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cannabis production and safety.
