**Big Brothers Big Sisters Long Island Donation Center **is seeking a **Call Center Representative **to join our dedicated outbound Call Center Team.

**Make a difference, one call at a time**

**What you'll do**:

- Responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to all callers.
- Make outbound calls to solicit for donations.
- Verify donor information as presented in computer system/database.
- Completes necessary paperwork to update/correct/modify any information needed.
- Maintains databases and spreadsheets of tracked information, receipt requests, special instructions.
- Other projects as assigned by Supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills

**Schedule Flexible **Scheduling based on Day/Evening availability.

Tuesday & Friday 10am-2pm

Wednesday & Thursday 4pm-8pm

**Compensation**

$16.00 per hour
