Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office staff ( 5 front office); Coordinate practice functions with back office manager, and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, OSHA and Arizona State Dental Board regulations
- Handle budgeting team and financial tasks, including overseeing billing, invoicing, and providing payroll information to the CPA
- Coordinate / guide our practice interactions with our dental referral offices to optimize communication and improve patient care
- Utilize software systems like Care Stream and Quick Books for practice management

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in Oral Surgery practice management
- Familiarity with Care Stream, Quick Books, Office Word, Excel, Power Point software
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to handle financial tasks
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead a team effectively
