We are seeking windows, roofing, HVAC or solar experienced, self-sufficient, and exceptionally hard-working appointment setters / Dispatcher for in-home consultations. We are looking for applicants who do not have experience or already have experience setting appointment. No worries you will be trained. All you have to do is call the list, book the appointment and thats it
- Setters will speak to homeowners about the benefits of Impact Windows + Doors, Roofing, HVAC and helping them get more information about the programs and incentives available by connecting them with a qualified professional. The goal of the setter is not to sell over the but to book the appointment. The goal is to identify eligible homeowners, overcome their initial objections, sell them on a free 60 minute in-home consultation with decision makers present. This job will require you to be persuasive and change people's minds. This cannot be emphasized enough. The vast majority of homeowners will not be interested in chatting with a phone salesperson about renovations. This industry has massive earning potential for professionals who can truly sell an appointment from a cold-call.
- Setters must be able to break pre-occupation, build rapport quickly, break beliefs without being combative or argumentative, cultivate curiosity, and generate enough genuine interest that the homeowner feels compelled and comfortable scheduling an appointment. We are in the business of delivering the information effectively enough to generate curiosity or sufficient interest so that we can build a relationship with people who are skeptical about something about which they know very little. We are fighting stigmas and guiding people towards a better situation than renting their power at rapidly rising rates to line the pockets of utility companies. The product itself isn't a tough sell IF you can grab and hold someone's attention long enough to explain it. That is the hard part. If you are a grinder with a strong will and a strong sales skill set, we'd love to have you on board. This opportunity was designed for you.

"Sales" is only a dirty word if done in a dirty way. Every customer in your pipeline should be satisfied and happy to refer you to others long after the deal is done. This only happens if you've taken the extra time to listen to them, understand them, and go beyond the norm to add value to their lives. Our customers regularly recommend us, and they rarely cancel because we take good care of them before, during, and after the sale.

**Qualifications**:
We do hire with less experience are typically ambitious and talented young people who just need a chance to learn. Majority of applicants should be experienced and ready to start immediately without extensive training in cold-calling or sales. MUST BE BILANGUAL. Must Know English and spanish.

Close Pay
- Hourly Pay. 9am-7pm, 1 hour break
