Are you ready for your seat on a rocket ship of a company? Chipr is one of the fastest growing home solution companies in the United States, and we are hiring for a SFU Account Executive. This person will play a key role in our leadership team and help drive company initiatives.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented SFU (Single-Family Unit) Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with single-family unit builders and developers in your designated areas. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, develop proposals, and close deals.

**Requirements**:

- Manage a module of builders and sales professionals at SFU communities
- Prospect for additional sales and referral opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders and developers
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Develop and deliver presentations on products and services
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Record sales production and other KPIs in timely manner through CRM
- Utilize company referral rewards program
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly company prescribed meetings
- Attend community events

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of the single-family unit construction process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
