We are currently seeking a full-time _**Resident Service Coordinator (Social Worker)**_ for our senior apartment community in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This is an in-person position.
The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator is to effectively facilitate services to assist our residents. Essential job functions include:
- Providing information and referrals
- Planning educational programs and coordinating volunteer opportunities
- Providing the residents with both educational information and supportive access to local services and resources that can assist residents in achieving their housing and service needs, goals and objectives
- Implement core programs such as monthly seminars for residents regarding financial, wellness/health awareness, legal, etc.
- Collect and record data to measure program outcomes, establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations
- **Bilingual in Spanish and English required**:
- Past experience with social services in Lee county or surrounding area
- Familiarity with case work and providing support to older adults
- Computer skills required with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Social Work or similar field preferred
