Fleet Support Logistics Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a **Fleet Support Logistics Analyst** to work out of **Arlington, VA.**

**Essential Duties**:

- Serve as a member of the N4L Resource Sponsor team and manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze metrics related to port visit costs, task order generation/awards, payment timelines, port visit workloads, and other audit Inspector General audit remediation data.
- Coordinate logistics for monthly HSP working group governance meetings, as well as lead briefings for senior level HSP governance boards.
- Perform analysis to justify requested resources. Collect, analyze, and report on unit assignment of FADs.
- Process FAD requests from lower echelon commands and provide support to N4L’s membership of the Joint Materiel and Priority Allocation Board.
- Participate in OCS working groups and coordinate remediation actions to programmatic issues as identified by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling of MWR/NEX BOD Audit Committee meetings, as well as coordinate inputs to briefing materials with lower echelon commands.
- Draft strategic and tactical planning documents.
- Develop briefing materials and presentations.
- Develop, revise, and maintain schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadership.
- Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines.
- Direct client support experience (on-site support a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Navy organizational structure.
- Prior experience gathering and analyzing metrics.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements

**Education/ Certification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience.
