**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls with prompt and friendly customer service
- Schedule service(s) with clients and outside service technicians
- Service client accounts professionally and accurately process paperwork
- Complete account reviews, updating and ensuring the accuracy of client information
- Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns to maximize retention and loyalty
- Schedule incoming services efficiently as needed
- Communicate and work efficiently with fellow office staff and service technicians.
- Assist outside sales staff with proposals, follow up, and customer contact
- Assist in collection of past due accounts

**Skills Required**:

- Extreme attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Understanding of Mac computers
- Ability to multitask and fast pace
- Multi line phone experience
- General computer knowledge
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- **Willingness to learn**:

- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
