This full-time position is based in our Skokie headquarters. This role will report to the Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Marketing and Product Development teams, including scheduling meetings and managing files
- Serve as the chief project coordinator to ensure seamless delivery and success of all marketing initiatives by building and maintaining schedules for assigned projects
- Help the team coordinate centralized functions (i.e., campaign development and deployment, development of content marketing, event marketing, PR, website, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report project status to stake holders and team members
- Assists Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator in event planning and execution, Sales Materials, Marketing Collateral, and Managing Digital Assets
- Assists in the activation of the marketing/sales operations with organizational strategic priorities
- Works closely with Graphics team to execute internal marketing briefs
- Assists Marketing and Product Development in multiple Product launches each year to ensure timely delivery of all assets required
- Assists in gathering materials for trade shows, events, and sales trips
- Proposes, confirms, and stays within approved budgets for marketing activities
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, calculates ROI for all marketing activities
- Generates timely reports and updates on results and activities
- Works on special projects, initiatives, promotions, and other programs as needed at the direction of the Marketing Manager
- Represents the company’s best interests in their individual actions
- Assume special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Maya Romanoff Leadership
- Represents the company’s best interests in their individual actions
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related course of study
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Must be exceptionally well organized with the ability to prioritize
- Proven experience in project management and working with all levels of management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent internal and client-facing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented team player
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a fast-paced team
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
