Xando Energy is seeking a motivated Solar Sales Consultant to join our family in South Florida We specialize in residential solar systems, offering cutting-edge panels and optimized battery backup systems.

As an Xpert Sales Consultant, you’ll be directly engaging with excited homeowners, helping them to understand the benefits of solar energy as you guide them through the sales process and all the benefits they’ll be afforded. Enjoy quick installation times, exceptionally competitive commissions, a highly trained and supportive management team to help you be your very best, and the opportunity to do some good in the world

- Full Time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid training

Compensation package:

- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities

- Performance bonus
- Uncapped commission

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
