**Major Duties**
- Understands customer service, and is able to manage customer expectations and experience, while demonstrating exemplary interpersonal ability.
- Provide communication support, including editorial and writing services, to the division’s policy, communications, and strategy teams.
- Demonstrate superior organization and planning skills to assist with honorary award ceremonies.
- Assumes ownership of assigned programs and processes.
- Conduct complex process management/program analyses to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and ensure processes meet valid administrative/program requirements.
- As necessary, reviews work for accuracy, content, and adherence to procedures and policies.
- Establish and/or support criteria to measure and/or accomplish program or organizational goals and objectives.

**Specialized Experience (SE)**:
GS-13: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS- 13 grade level. SE is defined as follows:

- Experience preparing and presenting highly complex administrative matters, material and/or highly complex issues to executive management.
- Experience planning, scheduling and completing analyses and evaluation of a program to assess the effectiveness of management and/or program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
- Experience planning, organizing, and directing team study work and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations.
