Packaging and Receiving Team Member

We have two in house brands (A-1 Security Bars and Sternmaster Marine Tools) in addition to our local jobs (WM Laser Works) all of which are handled by our small team. You will be primarily packaging metal objects of various sizes, receiving/distributing shipments, and continuously moving from project to project, keeping the day moving quickly.

**Responsibilities**

*Package and store products *Monitor and report inventory levels of product and packaging supplies *Ship customer orders and receive deliveries *Maintain quality standards *Count and package hardware for product *Assist in other tasks as needed. Examples: local deliveries, cleaning, assisting the shop manager

**Qualifications**

*Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment ideal, but we are willing to train the right person *Excellent attention to detail *Able to manage time efficiently and effectively and retain information *Basic problem solving, math, and computer skills needed *Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended amount of time *Experience with a fork truck a plus, or training will be provided *Ability to communicate and work with others in a small team *Drivers License required

We have roughly a dozen employees in our manufacturing facility *Full Time Benefits with a 401K, Medical Insurance, and PTO after 90 day probationary period *Ability to use headphones while on the job *Plenty of growth opportunity based on merit

**Schedule**

*Day Shift Hours, flexible between 7am-5pm *40 hour full time employee preferred, may be willing to entertain a 32 hour work week
