Prep Cook

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team at Vitale's Pizza. As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing raw ingredients for our menu items, ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality and consistency.

• Food Preparation: Wash, chop, and handle various ingredients, and prepare portions of ingredients for workstations.
• Sauce and Garnish Preparation: Prepare sauces and garnishes as needed for our menu items.
• Assistance with Recipes: Assist the cook with basic recipes and follow all applicable guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Other Kitchen Duties: Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by management.
