RestoPros of MetroWest is a mitigation company specializing in water and mold restoration services between Boston and Worcester. We are looking for an experienced Lead Technician/Project Manager with at least 3 years prior experience as a water restoration technician.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced worker who wants to join a growing company shooting for the stars. We are looking to promote employees from within who demonstrate a strong work ethic and loyalty to our company.
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years experience as water restoration technician
- 2-3 years experience as a lead technician, or project/mitigation manager
- Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail and ability to write scope sheets and field reports; experience with Xactimate preferred
- Drivers license mandatory; IICRC certification preferred
- Oversee and manage water and mold mitigation jobs, including direct communication with homeowners and business owners affected by water or mold damage
- Lead crew of water mitigation technicians, including explaining the scope of work, overseeing the job, and working alongside the crew as needed
- Documenting the job from beginning to end, including writing scope sheets and field reports, taking measurements, and taking photos of the job as it progresses.
- Coordinate any subcontractors or skilled laborers needed for the job
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
