- Full-Time Position (35-40 hours/week, business hours Monday-Friday)

- Applicable certifications (coronal polishing, sealant, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide monitoring) preferred

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- One year of Dental Assisting experience
- Dentrix Ascend system experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with families and exceptional communication skills
- Hard working, outgoing, adaptable, self-motivated, and punctual

**Responsibilities and Duties**

To assist in the performance of quality, caring, clinical, pediatric dentistry; to become adept at assigned clinical procedures; to aid the doctor smoothly and unobtrusively. The dental assistant is responsible for getting the patient ready, preparing the operatory and equipment and assisting the doctor during examinations and treatment while maintaining the comfort and safety needs of each patient. Responsibilities also include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, delivering treatment plans, maintaining patient records and coordinating patient flow.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
