Move Coordinator

**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Manager to join our team. As a Move Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the moving process for our government and commercial clients. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth and efficient move.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the moving process, from start to finish
- Schedule and coordinate move dates with clients and vendors for local, interstate, and international moves
- Arrange for packing, loading, delivery, and unpacking services as needed
- Coordinate with moving companies to ensure timely arrival and departure
- Oversee the packing, loading and unloading of items, ensuring proper handling and care
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire moving process
- Maintain accurate records of all moves
- Provide administrative tasks of creating client file, verifying required services on daily schedule, verifying needed services with client, scheduling premove survey, preparing shipment documents, entering shipment data in software as required -Communicate relevant shipment information and shipping documents to required entities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and professional service being delivered.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MoveStar, Outlook, Word, and Excel software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience with exceptional phone etiquette is desirable

**Skills**
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proven work experience.
- Experience with MoveStar, Outlook, Excel, Word a plus, but not required.
- Must speak, read, and write English
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organization & planning skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize work

**Requirements**:

- Pre-employment drug screen

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Maintain a clean & professional appearance
- Wear company attire
- Available to work 5 days per week

**Schedule**

Monday - Friday

7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
