**Responsibilities**:

- Meet required sales volume and margin quotas, consistently delivering results that align with company objectives.
- Drives sales growth and customer acquisition effectively promoting and selling services
- Identifies opportunities to expand the customer base and contribute to company profitability by researching potential customers and market trends.
- Identify and cultivate new account prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Builds and maintains relationships with current and potential clients through a relationship-based approach.
- Collaborates with clients and business partners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a wide range of plumbing services.
- Conducts presentations and consultations with customers to help them choose the best plumbing services for their needs.
- Maintains regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the plumbing or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems and terminology is preferred, enabling effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and proactively pursue sales opportunities, with a strong drive to achieve goals and objectives.
