For students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health, this opportunity could mark the beginning of a fulfilling and enduring career path. **Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour**

**Job Duties**
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be open to school and home cases in order to build a full-time schedule
- Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes
- ** Must be able to travel to Beverly Hills, Compton, El Segundo, Inglewood, Torrance**:
- Experience with severe cases required for 2:1 caseloads
- Childcare experience required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
