**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests with a wide smile and provide them with a personal touch
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
- Maintain assigned area and keeping it clean, stocked and tidy
- Handle all requests and provide the appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Provide additional, personalized assistance when needed
- Communicate with the management team regarding issues or problems that might arise in guests’ experience with the goal of resolving them so as not to create any additional challenges for the guest experience
- Track inventory and report inventory discrepancies to management so that appropriate action can be taken
- Monitor area/wing and assist as needed
- Keep accurate records of interactions
- Update reports on the progress of various tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
