**Organizational Consultant (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)**
**Location: Aberdeen, MD (Hybrid Onsite at least 1 day a week)**
**Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structures and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop performance metrics, and establish benchmarks for process optimization.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and use of the methodology to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to promote awareness of Lean Six Sigma principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to standardize processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Lean Six Sigma best practices and principles.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings, progress, and outcomes of process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field or relevant work experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized accrediting body (e.g., ASQ, IASSC).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational consulting, process improvement, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Lean Six Sigma projects and delivering measurable results.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, statistical analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in DoD or Federal government contracting HIGHLY preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $95.00 - $105.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
