**General**
- Carries out ALL duties/responsibilities and authorities with strict adherence to the companies Quality Management System.
- Maintains records in accordance with established policies and procedures and audit guidelines.
- Communicates and coordinates with internal departments as appropriate.
- Participates in Audits as appropriate.
- Contributes to the maintenance of good housekeeping regimes.
- Always ensures confidentiality.
- Undertakes continuous professional development (CPD) to maximise knowledge and understanding.
- Contributes ideas and suggestions to support the continued growth of the company.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Deliver a quality customer service.

**Job Specific**
- Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or outside of the company.
- Receive Goods in and process as appropriate.
- Process inventory, bulk deliveries, sales orders, pull requests and picks as appropriate.
- Ensure the safe, secure handling and storage of goods always.
- Prepare and co-ordinate the accurate documentation for the shipment of goods.
- Ensures safe use of all tools, equipment and machinery for movement and storage of goods.
- Maintain accurate data and records relating to the products, including data sheets, log cards and airworthiness documentation.
- Ensures that they and all operators and relevant equipment assigned to them comply with the Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) policies and procedures that the company has in place.
- Forklift Truck Operator Licence.

Attendance and punctuality are a must.
