**About Advantage Tennis Clubs**:
Advantage Tennis Clubs (HCK Recreation, Inc.) operates some of New York City’s premier indoor tennis clubs. We offer extensive youth and adult tennis teaching and a summer day camp network.
**About the Opportunity**:
This unique opportunity involves organizing and facilitating engaging activities on our exclusive courts at the Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club location from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, enhance, and grow our evening and late night tennis group programs.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain engaging point play sessions, drills, and tennis focused socializing opportunities suitable for adult players of all skill levels.
- Create a lively, fun, and memorable atmosphere and playing experience that will include music and refreshments.
- Encourage and promote a welcoming and inclusive environment that will promote socializing and building connections among players and club members.
- Recruit and coordinate relevant coaches to assist in the execution of these programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for maximized revenue generation.
- Track and analyze program data to ensure its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain positive relationships with players, coaches, and other team members.
- Comply with all relevant safety and risk management procedures.
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in tennis instruction and coaching, preferably with a professional certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Organizational skill to manage multiple aspects of the program effectively.
- A passion for tennis and a commitment to promoting a positive tennis culture within the club.
- Flexibility to work late-night hours and adapt to changing needs and preferences of members.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
