**Port Dispatch Assistant**

**Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience + Benefits Package**
- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law._

**Employment type: Full-Time**

**Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:30pm Occasional Saturday work, as necessary.**

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Experience with LA/LB Ports and various terminal appointment systems.
- Data Entry; Profit Tools software experience a plus
- Driver manifest breakdown and filing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance is a plus.
- Must be available to work occasional weekends as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience with LA/LB Ports and various terminal appointment systems.
- Data Entry; Profit Tools software experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance is a plus.
- Must be available to work occasional weekends as needed.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Dispatch software knowledge: Profit Tools preferred but not required

PC Experience: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
