Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance/Cleaner to join its team at an apartment community in Cumberland, RI.

The Maintenance/Cleaner role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the building’s common areas and other assigned areas.
- Janitorial and grounds care.
- Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal.
- Unit turns and other assignments from Service and Property Manager.
- Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards.

**Requirements of the Position**:

- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience.
