Part-Time Schedule: 2 days weekly - flexible days. Each shift lasts 4 hours, totaling 8 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities for Facility Maintenance Cleaner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the building premises
- Perform floor cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Ensure windows and mirrors are spotless
- Sanitize doors, door handles, countertops, and tabletops
- Restock and clean restroom facilities
- Dispose of waste and manage trash collection
- Keep a cleaning log to track areas that have been cleaned and inspected
- Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed
- Organize janitorial storage spaces
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for Facility Maintenance Cleaner
- Ability to adhere to safety and security protocols and comply with established policies
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate standard janitorial equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to follow schedules and meet commitments
- Ability to take direction from supervisors
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions
- Efficient time management skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
