- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays and pricing accuracy.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve company goals.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Effective communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in supervising employees, including scheduling shifts and managing payroll.
Pay: $61,611.39 - $84,198.67 per year
