We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support our Project Managers in executing commercial, military, and multifamily residential low voltage projects. You will be responsible for managing submittals, coordinating project activities and handling paperwork and documentation to ensure our projects are on track.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide project coordination assistance within fire life safety, video, access, intrusion, structured cable, CCTV, DAS, nurse call, paging and other low voltage systems in commercial, military and/or multifamily buildings.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to efficiently manage project administrative tasks.
- Review the contractual scope of work, including contracts, blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics, and operational manuals.
- Assist in tracking and distributing submittals to relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively manage submittals, overseeing approvals and changes, handling shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, technical data, and other documentation.
- Handle phone inquiries related to submittals and oversee submittal registration.
- Manage and submit various forms and documentation for government-related projects.
- Ensure completion and filing of job hazard analysis and related documentation for projects.
- Complete all necessary company paperwork accurately and promptly.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in project coordination or project assistance within the construction industry, or electrical, HVAC, fire protection, alarm systems, and mechanical engineering.
- Fire Alarm or Low Voltage experience ideal.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
- Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
