**The Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Execute in vivo procedures including ip, iv, sc and po dose administration.
- Experience in blood & tissue collection.
- Maintain and monitor animals, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and protocols.
- Plan and perform in vivo anti-tumor efficacy and PK/PD studies in support of multiple drug discovery programs.
- 1+ year(s) of mammalian cell culture experience
- Conduct various in vitro assays to support research initiatives.
- Characterize gene and protein expression using techniques such as flow cytometry, western blotting, qPCR, and ELISA.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of experiments.
- Maintain rigorous documentation through detailed electronic lab notebooks.
- Adhere to, and assist in the development of, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate on the generation and evaluation of novel therapeutic agents.

**Qualifications**
- BS or MS in a biology-related science or equivalent with at least 2 years of laboratory experience in an academic or industry setting.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with in vivo techniques, including handling and dosing of animals
- Proficiency in cell culture and familiarity with basic laboratory procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization and detail.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Background in molecular and cell-based assays and analytical analyses.
- Familiarity with the drug discovery and development process.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Curiosity and proactive engagement in scientific discussions are essential.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
