**Work Schedule**:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM -3:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a **Patient Access Representative - Bilingual **to:

- Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population.
- Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
- Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

**Education**:
Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred - Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field

**Work Experience**:
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field

Preferred - One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field
