Construction Project Coordinator

We are looking for someone that is already familiar with the outdoor construction environment. Hours are flexible with a minimum of part time 30H a week, some weeks those hours will increase if needed.

Working from home, most of the time.

We need someone that will work with owners. Work fluctuate weekly.

Looking for someone with the skills of working independently and have experience with remote work.

Duties
- Assist with various construction schedule tasks.
- know Permit status to keep the schedule programmed for the weeks ahead.
- Assist supervisor with permit follow up
- Material order, and delivery schedule.

This position will be in charge of the execution of the jobs from permit approval to completion.

Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related field.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction account management, schedule, purchase.

**Skills**:

- Familiar with construction terms, permits.
- Great Ability to accurately manage client communication.
- Office: Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). construction software Buildertrend
- Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computerize: Familiarity with computerized systems and ability to navigate software programs efficiently
- Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to speak and understand spanish

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
