What You Will Be Doing:

• Schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors effectively to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor quality of product being installed to ensure expected standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with Project Manager to regarding existing conditions, RFI’s, observations etc. to ensure no unnecessary delays.
• Review all subcontract agreements to ensure that subcontractor is fully executing their contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate all required inspections
• Maintain daily log in Procore
• Maintain OSHA site compliance, as well as identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
• Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified
• Ensure the jobsite is always maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist in obtaining permits or approvals of revisions as needed.
• Assist in identifying and communicating areas of work that are required outside the contracted scope.
• Perform duties on multiple job sites as needed.
• Supervise and train assistant superintendent assigned to team as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with all team members, subcontractors and clients as the onsite representative of the company.

What you need:

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction experience is required, including project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong technology skills, emphasis on Microsoft 365 and Procore
• Dispute Resolution skills
