At Macro Helix, we are a leader in providing 340B software focused on helping customers improve financial performance, increase operating efficiencies, and maintain regulatory compliance.

**Position Description**

McKesson is seeking a **Retail National Account Manager (RNA)**. The Retail National Account Manager will be the primary contact for chain pharmacy retail national accounts and will provide support to these accounts participating in both Macro Helix 340B Direct and Non-Direct aggregate programs. The RNA Manager will act as both the internal and external customer liaison, serving as the customer advocate, including monitoring, and supporting all activity through the appropriate part of our organization and broader McKesson enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent Macro Helix at a corporate level to all major retail chains who are current customers through regularly scheduled calls and ongoing communication.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBR) to assigned customer base.
- Facilitate on-boarding of new Contract Pharmacies which includes working with the Covered Entities, other Third-Party Processor’s as well as the Contract Pharmacy.
- Assist with expanding customer base to Retail Chains currently not working with Macro Helix.
- Facilitate issues resolution through multiple channels within the broader McKesson enterprise.

**Minimum Requirements**

4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales support.

**Critical Skills**
- Knowledge of retail pharmacy experience.
- Work with chain pharmacies that are contracted with hospitals, but they are not our clients.
- Account management experience.
- 340B experience.
- Salesforce and MS Teams.
- Knowledge of EDI is a plus.
- Power BI would be a nice to have.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excel, Power Point, and Word.

**Additional Knowledge & Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis, solid decision-making skills, and ability to exercise good judgment on situations that may impact the client experience.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands.
- Handle incoming customer requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Excellent communication skills within all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work well independently as well as establish and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to handle difficult and complex situations with ease.

**Education**

4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.

**Working Conditions**
- Able to travel 5% of the time.
- Hybrid/Remote work environment - Irving, TX.
- Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted - This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
