We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Support individuals with mobility issues by assisting with lifting and transferring
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Medication reminders as directed
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide direct support in various aspects of senior care, including dementia care
**Experience**:
**Required Skills**:
- Experience in first aid procedures
- Direct support experience in caregiving or related field
- Knowledge of senior care practices
- Proficiency in meal preparation for dietary needs
- Ability to provide dementia care support
- Capability to maintain cleanliness in the client's environment
- Physical strength to lift and assist clients as needed
- Competence in medication administration
- Familiarity with assisting clients in ADLs
- Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in caregiving or related field
- Experience working with individuals requiring specialized care
