Are you a passionate professional in the world of automotive finance and insurance? Ed Morse is a premier automotive group looking for a talented & driven **F&I Field Specialist** to join our dynamic team.
**This is a **_hybrid_** **position that will require travel. Area of service will be (but not limited to) Texas and Missouri.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Enhancing the overall performance of the dealerships F&I department.
- Provide exceptional service to our team of F&I Managers.
- Monitor all DMS systems for proper set ups.
- Maintain User base. Add/Delete employees.
- Ensure all forms produced by DMS are compliant.
- Maintain all forms with current compliant versions in all stores.
- Test all new forms, before rollout, for company and federal compliance.
- Assist with training all new staff on proper system usage, compliance, reports, new hire onboarding, and overall F&I processes.
- Work closely with Corporate F&I Specialist and the Corporate Office to quickly resolve issues and answer questions related to the F&I processes.
- Help drive group stability and F&I revenue.
Qualifications:
- Experience (7+ years) in automotive F&I operations, preferably in a dealership setting.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerTrack and DealerBuilt preferred)
- Extensive Knowledge of automotive F&I products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Detailed oriented, self-driven working skills and ability to drive for results and meet objectives.
- Must be willing to travel. Area of service will be (but not limited to) Texas, Missouri, and Illinois.
